At Gloaming Fields, we provide structured convalescent livery for horses requiring short- to medium-term recovery following injury, surgery or veterinary treatment.

Located in South East Wales overlooking the Severn Estuary, our quiet rural setting allows horses to recover in a calm, carefully managed environment.

What We Provide

Each horse is managed according to their individual veterinary care plan, with consistent daily monitoring and attentive routine.

Convalescent livery includes:

• Stable management and daily mucking out
• Hay and bedding
• Turnout or restricted turnout as advised
• Three daily welfare checks
• Implementation of prescribed care routines
• Liaison with your veterinary practice
• Coordination with farrier or therapist as required

Owners supply hard feed and prescribed medication.
